  • You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions. Always consult appropriate licensed professionals for advice in specialized areas.

4. Health, Safety, and Risk Acknowledgment

  • Do not rely on the Services or any program materials to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition.
  • If you have medical or psychological conditions, or if you are in crisis, consult a qualified professional immediately (e.g., your physician, psychologist, emergency services, or a suicide prevention hotline such as 988 in the U.S.).

5. Technology Descriptions and AI‑Assisted Tools

  • Descriptions of the Opti‑Life Planner™ and Opti‑Lifeguard™ systems are informational and forward‑looking. Features may change and may not be available in all regions or at all times.
  • If AI‑assisted tools or wearable integrations are provided, they are for educational and decision‑support purposes only. They do not replace professional judgment or licensed services.
  • Data accuracy, connectivity, and availability may be affected by third‑party devices and networks.

6. Donations, Tuition, and Payments

  • Donations: Donations support our mission. Donations may be tax‑deductible in the U.S. to the extent allowed by law; consult your tax advisor. Unless otherwise required by law, donations are generally non‑refundable.

  • No Employment or Earnings Guarantee: Participation in any referral, ambassador, or consultant opportunity does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee earnings. Compensation, if any, is governed by separate written terms.
  • Compliance: Participants must comply with applicable laws (including marketing and endorsement rules) and our brand guidelines and codes of conduct.

9. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the Services, attempt to access systems without authorization, interfere with functionality, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not upload or transmit content that is infringing, defamatory, harassing, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
